Our strategy focuses on therapeutic areas with a small number of prescribers and high unmet medical needs, enabling a targeted and efficient commercialization model. We aim to pursue niche markets with lower upfront licensing fees or acquisition costs, initially partnering with smaller European and Asian biopharma innovators to build scale. To maintain a lean and agile operation, we will outsource third-party logistics (3PL) and regulatory functions. Commercial efforts will be driven by leveraging the CEO’s network for early traction, supported by contract sales leaders (CSLs) as needed to expand reach. Given the specialty nature of our model, the Salesforce will remain small and focused, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing impact.
